This is a quick and easy to prepare Bruschetta.
Here's what you need
1) Foccacia Bun (You can also use Baguette or French Roll)
2) Beef Bolognese Sauce or Chicken Bolognese Sauce
3) Mozarella Cheese
Slice the Foccacia into half from the center, spoon the bottom half of the cut foccacia with a generous helping of Bolognese Sauce, laced the mozarella cheese on top and bake it in the oven at about 180 degree celsius for about 2 - 3 mins or when the cheese has melted.
Remove from oven and serve warm.

The Oriental Tandoori Chicken was once a very popular dish in Melvados Cafe, I have since taken it out of the menu. However, you can try your hands at preparing this delicious fusion dish, all you need to do is follow the instructions below!
Here's what you need:
1) Butter Croissant
2) Tandoori Chicken
3) Basil Pesto
4) Mayonaise
5) Sundried Tomato in Oil
First slice the tandoori chicken into thin slices, cut the butter croissant in the half mark but do not cut through it, this creates a pocket for you to put in your stuffings.
Spread some basil pesto into the pocket of the cut croissant, next stuff it with the sliced tandoori chicken, chop up some sundried tomato in oil and lace the top of the tandoori chicken, that's it!
Now place the croissant into the toaster or oven and heat it up for about 3 - 4 mins! Serve HOT!

 Foccacia Tandoori Chicken Sandwich
This is a simple sandwich made using our Foccacia Buns and Tandoori Chicken. My personal favourite.
Here's what you need:
1) One Foccacia Bun
2) 1pc Tandoori Chicken
3) Cheddar Cheese
4) Salt
5) Grounded Black Pepper
6) Garden Vegetables
7) Mushrooms
8) Minced Garlic
9) Olive Oil
First cut up the tandoori chicken to chunks, then warm up a pan, add a dash of olive oil followed by some minced garlic. Stir fry the minced garlic till fragrant.
Add in the mushroom, garden greens, tandoori chicken and give it a quick stir. Remove from pan, now you are ready to assemble your sandwich!
Cut the foccacia bun into halves, place the freshly stir-fried tandoori chicken and veggies onto the base, sprinkle some salt and grounded black pepper and lay on a slice of cheddar cheese.
Your sandwich is now ready!
If you like your sandwich warm or hot, try placing it into the toaster or oven for a quick 1 - 2 mins and let the cheddar cheese melt. mmmm....DELICIOUS!
Suggestion: Try this with our moroccan chicken as well...

 Muchroom Cream Sauce Baked Rice
This one is really simple, all you need is mushroom cream sauce, warm cooked rice, salt, grounded black pepper ,mozzarella and parmesan cheese and a neat little oven (pre-heated at 180 degrees).
Simply put your portion of cooked rice onto an oven-proof plate (preferably one with a little bowled-out base), add on one portion of mushroom cream sauce (warmed as well), sprinkle on some salt, a dash of grounded black pepper and then laced on a generous portion of mozzarella and parmesan cheese till the whole plate is covered with it.
That's it! Off it goes into the oven! Bake the rice for about 10 - 15 mins till the cheese are melted down. Remove from oven (careful HOT!) and enjoy when it is hot!
Isn't this simple?
If you like, add some sauteed chicken bits, par-boiled prawns or even scallops to taste!
Have great fun cooking!

Why not consider throwing in some chopped-up shitake mushrooms into your mushroom soup base? Add a dash of grounded black pepper for that extra "Oomph!" or if you like your soup extra creamy, boil in some whipped cream (the packet ones) and add salt to taste.
Be creative, cooking can be great fun!
