Basil Pesto Bread Slice

This is an easy to prepare small bite that is delicious and fragrant. When prepared well, it should be crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. Good as a quick breakfast snack, as a side for a variety of soups or simply on its own.

Ingredients:

1) Basil Pesto

2) Grated Parmesan Cheese

3) Walnut Shallot Bread (Or any of our nutritious breads)

Preparation Method:

1) Slice Walnut Shallot Bread thinly of about 1cm thick

2) Spread Basil Pesto thinly (or according to taste) over Sliced Walnut Shallot Bread

3) Spread Grated Parmesan Cheese over Basil Pesto

4) Place in toaster for 2 mins or pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsius and place in Basil Pesto Bread Slice for 2mins

5) Serve hot with Melvados's Mushroom Soup
