Moroccan and Tandoori Chicken preparation:

Microwave Oven:
1) Thaw Chicken and Sauce at room temperature for 45 - 60 minutes.
2) Place Chicken and Sauce into microwave oevn at high power for 3.30 minutes.
3) Remove Sauce at the 2 minute mark.
4) Remove Chicken after 3.30 minutes.
5) Pour Sauce over Chicken and serve hot.

 

Convection Oven:
1) Thaw Chicken and Sauce at room temperature for 45 - 60 minutes.
2) Heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
3) Place Chicken into oven for 7 minutes.
4) Remove Chicken after 7 minutes.

 

Sauce preparation:
1) Pour Sauce into saucepan and bring it to a light simmer.
2) Add a bit of water (about 1 - 2 tablespoon) and give it a quick stir.
3) Remove from heat.

 

5) Pour Sauce over Chicken and serve hot.
