Here's how you make a whopping good spaghetti using our Tomato Basil Sauce.

Tomato Basil Seafood Spaghetti

 

Ingredients:

1) 1 Portion Tomato Basil Sauce (thaw till liquified)

2) Spaghetti Uncooked

3) Assorted Seafood

4) Olive Oil

5) 1 Clove Garlic (finely diced)

6) 1 Onion (diced)

7) Ground Black Pepper

8) Grated Parmesan Cheese

9) Salt

10) Iced water

 

How to Blanch Seafood:

1) Boil a pot of water till it boils

2) Put seafood into boiling hot water for about 3 - 5 mins

3) Remove seafood once the prawns turn reddish or once cooked

4) Put seafood into iced water immediately for about 30s

5) Remove and drain dry

 

Spaghetti Preparation:

1) Boil a pot of water

2) Add a dash of salt into the boiling water

3) Grab a bunchful of uncooked spaghetti and place it into the boiling water

4) Let the spaghetti boil for about 8 - 10 mins

5) Test the texture of the spaghetti by squeezing one strand with your thumb and index finger, it should be springy and not hard

6) Remove spaghetti from the pot and immediately place it into a pot of Iced water, let it cool for about 30s

7) Drain dry and place on a bowl, add a dash of olive oil and stir it till the olive oil coats all the spaghetti and set it aside.

 

Preparation Methods

1) Heat up a pan or wok

2) Add a dash of olive oil and coat the pan thinly

3) Put the finely diced garlic into the pan and stir fry till it is fragrant

4) Put in the diced onions and stir fry till fragrant

5) Pour in the Spaghetti and stir fry over high heat for about 30s

6) Pour in the Tomato Basil Sauce and stir

7) Put in the Assorted Seafood and stir fry, turn the heat down and bring to a light boil

8) Serve with a dash of Grated Parmesan Cheese and Ground Black Pepper to taste.

 

Voila! a sumptous meal anytime of the day!
