Here is a fast tip, remember to keep your condiments such as Basil Pesto, Sundried Tomato Pesto and Sundried Tomato in Oil in a chiller (temperature about 4 degrees celsius), always use a clean spoon to spoon out the contents and give it a quick stir to coat all the content with oil.

 

As the oil in the container tends to set down after a while, it is always good practice to stir it once in a while or, if the container is unopened (still with the seal), simply turn the container upside down. That should do the trick!.

 

Don't know what to do with your condiments? Try making some delicious toast!
