Our joint effort with Republic Polytechnic has bore fruit.

The Cranberry Brownies, a functional dessert developed together with RP was featured in the recent issue of Newsmag F & B magazine. 

The health properties of Cranberries are widely known, what is not known is that the taste of Cranberries (which is usually sour) can be beautifully combined with chocolate to create a delicious dessert that is both indulging and healthy.

Customers feedback has been positive, which is very encouraging.
