Thaw the lasagna and the pasta/rice bakes for 30 mins. Microwave for 4 minutes or oven bake at 180 Degrees Celsius for 4 mins.

Once individual seal has been broken, consume immediately.

Thaw for 30mins. Bake in oven for 180 Degree Celsius. That's it!

Thaw for 30 mins. Microwave for 4 minutes or bring to a light boil in a saucepan.

Thaw for 30 mins. Toast for 2 mins on high or for 2 mins in the oven at 180 Degree Celsius.
